OUR APPLICATION PROCESS
1. Your application documentation
After you have sent us your complete application documentation by email, we will consider your application internally and contact you with feedback as quickly as possible.
2. Initial meeting
If your application has impressed us, we will invite you to an initial meeting. Normally this meeting is held virtually and lasts approx. 30 minutes.
3. Face-to-face meeting
If the initial meeting met expectations on both sides and we can envisage you as part of the TOPseven team, we will invite you to a second more detailed meeting in our offices in Munich or Emden. If necessary, we may ask you for a sample of your work.
4. Offer
If you have impressed us with your abilities and you can also envisage becoming part of the TOPseven team, as the final step we will make you an offer.
5. Welcome to the team
As soon as we have your signature and all the details are cut and dried, it is time to welcome you to the team! We look forward to you forming part of the TOPseven mission!
