DRONE-BASED VISUAL INSPECTION
The drone-assisted inspection of wind turbine generators is possible without specialist pilots thanks to our AI-based software and provides high-resolution images.
THE TOPSEVEN TECHNOLOGY
Inspections of wind turbine generators are labour-intensive, weather-dependent and involve downtime. The inspection can only be optimised by using drones. Mostly the drones need to be flown by specialists and produce images that are complex to analyse. TOPseven has a solution for all of this!
A short training course is sufficient
Because our automated drone flies automatically along a complete wind turbine generator, you do not need specialist pilots. The missions are evaluated using the AI-based software application TOPseven Inspector.
Efficient, flexible and transparent
The turbine only needs to be stopped once to visually inspect all rotor blades and the tower. Damage found is recorded with exact position data in the TOPseven software.
Straightforward analysis
The AI-controlled camera provides complete recordings in the highest quality with, at the same time, minimum overlapping and a resolution of 61 MP. The recordings from the flights and the data collected are automatically uploaded to the cloud. The inspection is analysed subsequently and modular reporting provided in the TOPseven software based on the usual methods for characterising damage in the sector. The data remain the property of the customer and the recordings can be downloaded from the cloud at any time.
TOPseven uses the highly precise drones from the DJI Enterprise series for both the visual inspections and the LPS measurement.
