The Role


You open the door. Every deal TOPseven closes starts with a first conversation, and you create those conversations. You don’t cold-pitch hype — you carry a real, validated story into outreach and find the operators who need it. This is the front line of the pipeline.


What You'll Do


  • Own outbound prospecting. Build and run targeted outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone to open first conversations, with coaching as you ramp.

  • Qualify opportunities. Run structured discovery against our ICP to find real fit, not just activity.

  • Nurture leads. Follow up with clear value and a clear next step. Keep momentum moving.

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing. Align to campaigns and hand off cleanly to AEs.

  • Keep the pipeline clean. Log activity and notes accurately in HubSpot.

  • Surface market insight. Share what you hear so we sharpen our messaging and targeting.

  • Support events and campaigns. Work leads before and after to turn attention into pipeline.


What You Bring


  • 0–2 years in a BDR or SDR role. Internship or campus selling experience is welcome too.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Exposure to Outreach or a similar sales-engagement tool is a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication. Clear, concise, human.

  • Organised. You manage several outreach streams without dropping threads.

  • Curious and coachable. You learn fast and apply feedback.

  • Resilient and goal-oriented. You move fast and don’t let a no slow you down.

  • Collaborative. You work well with AEs and Marketing, and you celebrate shared wins.

    German is a strong advantage — the DACH market is our home market. English is our working language.
